SYSTEM 01 / OPERATES
hnyOS turns intent into controlled work.
A local operating layer that records what AI does, limits what it may do, and preserves why every meaningful change happened.

It does not need more autonomy first. It needs a trustworthy memory of action.

Kiroshi is a visual witness.
Tell it what should be true. It watches the relevant evidence over time, then returns satisfied, violated, or unknown—and shows why.

hnyOS can record tasks, check run policy, execute bounded local commands, and apply a checked text change. Kiroshi produced these state traces and verdicts on synthetic data. Their automatic handoff is not built yet.

What this does not prove
The target location was supplied. There is no live camera, learned target search, deployable model, or connected physical device here. The chamber is an exact visual replay of component results.
